About Me
I started So Salata in 2019 as a healthy salad company, born from my love of whole foods and the joy of creating nourishing meals. What began as a food business soon became something more personal.
After facing my own health challenges, I worked with a health coach during my recovery — and the experience changed everything. The clarity, support, and gentle guidance I received helped me rebuild my energy, confidence, and connection to my body. It was the first time I felt truly supported in a way that made change feel possible.
That experience inspired me to train and qualify as a Health & Wellbeing Coach myself. Now, I bring together my background as a chef and my passion for whole‑food living to support others in creating a healthier, more grounded future. My work is rooted in compassion, practicality, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel well in a way that fits their real life.
